Wie Raf Rundell es mit der Ehrlichkeit hält, wissen wir leider nicht. Dass sein zweites Album seinen musikalischen Horizont erweitert, ist allerdings gewiss. Nachdem Rundell auf seinem ersten Mini-Soloalbum „The Adventures Of Selfie Boy Part 1” eher in Richtung Dancefloor-Beats unterwegs war, schlägt „Stop Lying“ andere Wege ein. Kein „The Adventures Of Selfie Boy Part 2“ also. Und wer Songs wie „Right Time“ erwartet, ist hier (erstmal) falsch. Ersetzt werden diese allerdings durch Songs wie „Within Without“. „See me with my lobotomy“ heißt es da. Ein schwerer Eingriff in die Psyche des ehemaligen Selfie Boys? Oder vielleicht einfach zu viel Interpretation? Denn schon bei „Sweet Cheeks“ kommt der Selfie Boy vom ersten Album wieder raus. Zusammen mit der Disco-Diva Stimme eines Jungen namens „Jovis“ ist das Daft Punk, meets Disco, meets Dancefloor. Auf „Ric Flair“ dann ganz neue Hip Hop- Töne von Raf. Und fast am Ende des Albums noch einmal der alte Selfie Boy Sound in Form vom Pet Shop Boys inspirierten, tanzreifen „Falling Out“.
